Vocero is an AI assistant that responds to customer enquiries instantly, in 40+ languages, 24/7. It books appointments, quotes prices, takes deposits, and handles the conversation so tradespeople can focus on what they do best.

We started Vocero after seeing how many small service businesses in Spain were losing tourist customers simply because of language barriers and missed calls. A pest controller in the Costa Brava doesn't have time to answer WhatsApp messages in English while treating a property in Catalan.

We realised that AI could solve this — not as a generic chatbot, but as an assistant specifically trained for each trade, understanding the terminology, pricing, and regulations that matter.

Vocero is a Spanish company. All our data is stored in EU data centres. We are fully GDPR compliant and provide Data Processing Agreements on request. We believe European businesses deserve tools built with European values: privacy, transparency, and quality.
