Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Vocero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vocero provides an AI-powered customer communication platform designed for service professionals and tradespeople. The Service includes AI chat assistants, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and multi-channel messaging.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or business entity may maintain only one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human communication where legally required to disclose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis during the first 30 days

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Vocero uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on behalf of your business. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI assistant's behavior, and you assume responsibility for the content it generates on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vocero and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your business data and content remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
